"Let every individual and institution now think and act as a responsible trustee of Earth, seeking choices in ecology, economics and ethics that will provide a sustainable future, eliminate pollution, poverty and violence, awaken the wonder of life and foster peaceful progress in the human adventure."
- John McConnell, founder of International Earth Day

RIGHT NOW, and then again tomorrow and then again the next day and on it goes day after day,
1/2 OF THE WORLD lives on LESS THAN 2 DOLLARS each day.
1/2 OF THE WORLD lives on LESS THAN 2 DOLLARS each day.
Psalm 27:4
One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.
One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.
Do all you can and don't worry about the odds against you. Wield the miracle of life's energy, never worrying whether we fail, concerned only that whether we fail or succeed we do so with all our might. That's all we need to know to feel certain that all our force of diligent effort is worth our while on Earth.

Update
Rembrandt has passed away from lymphoma and a new dog, Cousteau, a basset hound has joined our family. Cousteau is Tuki's dog.
Mim has been living away from home, with Pam & Bob since April 24th.
She is finally really to come home and is starting to realize what I have been saying about gratitude and thankfulness.
We hit Tuki's 10 year homecoming on May 11
Mim's Senior Night at Woodlands Church
Senior Night at Woodlands Church....46 seniors from Woodlands "Edge" youth group are graduating this year. Each group leader had loving, heartfelt words and scriptures for each of the seniors. It was absolutely beautiful and Mim's group leaders were dead on with her attributes. So proud of this girl....the future is bright and so many opportunities!!
Cousteau at 29lbs, almost 4 months old with his BFF, Kwamba
I am beginning to realize that I have been really tense and stressed since she came home for severa reasons;
1. her age
2. her personality
3. my personality
4. the pressure to her ready for college in 7 years starting at non English speaking stage.
5. the whirlwind dance of attachment, independence, teenage years and so on....
