I had to have Heathcliff euthanized. He went down quickly in one week. The lymph nodes grew twice in size, his spleen became enlarged and his lungs were filling with fluid. What a quick growing cancer. I didn't want him to suffer..I will miss my Heathclifford, his littermate Einstein is still going strong...
Heathcliff is starting to breathe rapidly but shallow, really don't think he will last 6 months..:( Plus his lymph nodes are really big.
has been diagnosed with Lymphoma. I took him in to the vet on Tuesday and he said at the most e had 6 more months. He is currently on prednisolone and antibiotics...six months or less..he hasn't even made it to 12 years which will be this May 8th......Einstein is doing well, so far......
