"Let every individual and institution now think and act as a responsible trustee of Earth, seeking choices in ecology, economics and ethics that will provide a sustainable future, eliminate pollution, poverty and violence, awaken the wonder of life and foster peaceful progress in the human adventure."
- John McConnell, founder of International Earth Day

RIGHT NOW, and then again tomorrow and then again the next day and on it goes day after day,
1/2 OF THE WORLD lives on LESS THAN 2 DOLLARS each day.

Psalm 27:4
One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.
Do all you can and don't worry about the odds against you. Wield the miracle of life's energy, never worrying whether we fail, concerned only that whether we fail or succeed we do so with all our might. That's all we need to know to feel certain that all our force of diligent effort is worth our while on Earth.

Crazy weekend

Crazy weekend.....Friday night and Saturday I had my admin class, and also on Saturday, Tuki had a BB tourney and my friend Pam took her and Ve to it, then this morning we ushered at church and Ve had a BB tourney, and her coach brought her tot he tourney for me. I managed to get a 2 hour nap in today since I didn't go to the tourney. Tuki's team took 3rd, and finally got a medal..happy girl and Ve's team took 4th...I also went shopping today especially since we will two days of extreme cold again...and now I am also concerned about the LP crisis. We only have 300 gallons left in the tank, the state is in a shortage and the prices have gone sky high so I have turned down the house temp to 60 degrees in hopes I won't have to have the tank filled at $6.00/gallon.......sometimes is is one thing or another!!

Another two days off means we will have more days tacked to the end of the year......boy or boy what a cold year!!!

I am ready for seed catalogs....
