is it that no matter how at peace and settled you feel inside and how content you feel with your life, the occurrence of running into an old boyfriend from 16 years ago and his family (BTW that you never really had much of a connection in the first place) will cause all kinds of unsettling, discontented feelings. The plus was that he is aging as well as I am aging, meaning he looks just as old and out of shape as me. Life, it truly is a puzzle.
