8:30 am or 8:30 pm---their time. Landline is usually more successful than the cell. Although I have reached her once or twice on her cell. Her cell phone rings CONSTANTLY and sometimes she doesnt even look at it.
I'm having the same problem!
I call between 8am and 8:30am (Haiti time). If she doesn't answer one phone I try the other phone and eventually get through. Good luck!
